The environmental education curriculum of the CVEEC’s 4-day, 3- night resident program, All the Rivers Run, is taught to students in grades 4-6. Time is spent mostly outdoors discovering the diversity of plant and animal life in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, learning about sustainable living, and exploring the intricacies of the Cuyahoga River Watershed. Hiking, singing, creating, sharing and learning are all a part of this hands-on, high energy experience.
School administrators are encouraged to contact the CVEEC for application materials if the are interested in scheduling a trip for their students. Applications for inclusion in the following school year's schedule are sent in November, but can be requested at any time of the year. (

Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association raises funds for scholarships to assist students who otherwise could not afford resident program fees. Approximately 25% of the students who attend receive assistance, offering a unique first time opportunity to many children.
Bids for Kids, an online auction held each November, and our annual clambake, held in September, both benefit the scholarship fund. If you would like more information about these events or other ways to contribute to this important cause, please contact our Development Office at 330-657-2909.
