Teacher Workshop: Watershed Stories
Watershed Stories: Teaching 21st Century Skills within the Framework of Your Watershed
Spend a weekend in Cuyahoga Valley National Park while learning about the dynamics of the Cuyahoga Valley watershed through hands-on experience.
This teacher workshop will focus on assessing water quality through biotic, chemical and physical methods as well as creating student-centered interdisciplinary and project-based lesson plans. Participants will earn 2 graduate credits.
This workshop will be conducted in two parts. The followup meeting to this weekend will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm at the Boston Store Visitor Center.
