Fees & Reservations: What you need to know

Although rental policies will be provided in full when making a reservation, some of the basic guidelines for using our facilities are provided here for both Extraordinary Spaces and our overnight facilities.

Pricing depends on the facility, the type of event, weekend or weekday bookings and holiday schedule. Our prices range between $200.00-$400.00 for business meetings, $400.00-$700.00  for private events and $1,250.00-$2,000.00 for weddings. Facility fees include an on-site facilities manager, a six, eight, or ten-hour reservation period, on-site tables and chairs (and set-up) for indoor events, the option of offering your group a personal introduction to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and more.  Please call our reservations coordinator at 330-657-2909 ext 119  or email meetings@cvnpa.org for specific pricing based on the details of your event.
