Hines Hill Conference Center is situated on the Hines Hill Campus next to the CVNPA Administration Building. Sitting on 60 acres, the conference center offers a private sanctuary in the park, making it ideal for a corporate or board retreat, sales meeting or brainstorming session. Accommodating up to 40, the space also has internet access and an overhead loft that can be utilized for break-out sessions.

Stone Cottage is nestled in the woods behind Hines Hill Conference Center. Stone Cottage is a charming refurbished building accommodating up to 12 people in a refined and relaxed atmosphere. It is the ideal setting for an after meeting social hour where guests can relax on the outdoor stone patio and watch the deer graze in the nearby meadow. Stone Cottage can be rented separately or in conjunction with Hines Hill Conference Center.

November Lodge, built in 1999 utilizing sustainable building principles, has large picture windows that overlook beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Inside the lodge you will find natural, reclaimed wood floors and ceilings that offer a peaceful location for any event. The lodge can accommodate up to 100 guests and amenities include an indoor fireplace, sound system and internet access.

Happy Days Lodge, formerly Happy Days Visitor Center, was built in 1938 by the Civilian Conservation Corp. Sandstone floors and chestnut wood beams adorn the Lodge, giving visitors a true sense of place in the Park. The Great Hall in Happy Days Lodge can accommodate up to 285 guests, theatre style. Amenities include an adjacent screened-in-porch, stage and pull-down screen.

 Ralph Regula Community Room Formerly an old-fashioned general store, and conveniently located next to the Towpath Trail, this historic building also contains a museum dedicated to the canal era. The Ralph Regula room (upstairs) offers amenities for up to 30 with a versatile space that can be set up classroom-style, theater, or boardroom style. This is the perfect setting for those groups who want to take advantage of meeting in Cuyahoga Valley National Park and add a hike or bike ride to their meeting agenda.

Stanford House CVNPA is now offering by advance contract reservation, Stanford House and property for private day use only. Hours are 10 am to 7 pm.
