LEGACY SOCIETY
The Legacy Society honors those donors who have ensured the future of Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association and its valuable work with the park through their estate plans. When you include Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association in your estate plans, you become a part of the Legacy Society entitling you to all the benefits of the Great Blue Heron Society (see below) and to be listed with other Legacy Society members in publications, with your permission. There are several ways to include CVNPA in your estate plans that may also provide significant tax benefits to you and your beneficiaries:
- Wills and bequests, regardless of the size of your estate, that make provision for CVNPA through cash, securities, personal property or real estate
- Charitable gift annuities
- Charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts
- Insurance policies and tax-deferred retirement plans
- Gifts of real estate
We encourage you to discuss making a legacy gift to CVNPA with your financial advisor and invite you to contact us with any questions you may have.
Please contact John Debo at 330-657-2909 ext. 122 or email at jdebo@cvnpa.org for more information about our Legacy Society and how to make a planned gift to CVNPA.
