Located in downtown Peninsula between the
Winking Lizard and Downtown Emporium, Park Place is a gift store and welcome center located in the heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The store offers unique gifts, books, art and apparel that allow you to extend your park experience. Our children's section includes activity games and educational toys plus a wonderful "tree house" that will host activities for children and families. Train enthusiasts will find a selection of railroad gifts and Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad signature souvenirs.
Park Place in Peninsula serves as a welcome center for the park, offering refreshments and information for visitors and the community in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. See what exciting programs and events we have planned!

Located just off the Towpath Trail in the village of Boston, Trail Mix is a great place to take a break while in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Owned and operated by CVNPA, Trail Mix takes pride in offering a variety of refreshments and bakery from local producers, like Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream, Grabham’s Chocolates or our very own “Canal Boat Bar” and “Boston Mills Brownie”, plus all your favorite brands of ice cream, snacks and beverages.
Trail Mix is the perfect spot to learn more about the park, the association, upcoming events, and volunteer opportunities. You can become a CVNPA member or renew your current membership, purchase Bike Aboard! tickets and Heritage Series or Lyceum concert tickets, support the Towpath Tag program or just relax on the porch and enjoy the park you love.
